Internship Plan and follow up with Superintendent

During the conference, the superintendent and I discussed each aspect of the plan and how the items listed would be accomplished.  At times it was necessary to explain my perspective or elaborate on one or two of the objectives, but overall the conference focused on ways to implement the plan.  The discussion was very positive and there was a tremendous amount of direction and guidance given with respect to the plan.
The superintendent liked several aspects of the plan, but he was most interested in current issues facing education and specifically the district.  He also mentioned the interest in the results of the interviews with select members of the student body concerning culturally diverse learning environments.
At this time there were no specific suggestions or recommendations for the plan except for a good smile and luck for completion.  He said, “The plan seemed thorough and would provide a quality experience for my internship.”

How can I use action research?

The most practical use of action research is to collaborate and solve problems that I would encounter on a daily basis, but would need assistance and other individual insight to resolve. By reviewing my own choices, problems and the methodology used to resolve the issues at hand, I might be able to create a change in my way of thinking and introduce a new procedure.
